UI Redesign - Desktop - Blocked atSigns

Description The task is to implement the new design for the Blocked atSign menu in the desktop app.

Assets and Design Screens All assets and design screens have already been created.

Okay, I will tag you on some now that I can find that have only a person working on them. Thanks for responding. Any of them is cool but I'll prefer mobile though.
