atmosphere_pro UI Redesign - Mobile

Description The task is to implement the new design for the screens displayed when on the Contacts tab in the mobile app. These screens include:

The main contacts screen that displays all contacts
The add contact screens (including showing whether an atSign is valid if possible)
The search contacts screen

Assets and Design Screens All assets and design screens have already been created.

The Figma design can be found here
The Assets required can be found here 201.zip
Note this Contacts card is also associated with #203 #221 #222

Additional context

This work should be done on the UI_Redesign branch https://github.com/atsign-foundation/atmosphere_pro/tree/ui_redesign

@Dariamarg , I have some questions: 1, When we tap "Transfer Now" from “Contact Info Screen”, what will happen to the screen? Screen Shot 2023-02-10 at 15 47 31 2, When we tap on a Group contact from “My Groups Screen”, what will happen to the screen?
