Inconsistent contacts across apps

People have noticed that their contacts are not consistent across the apps.

Examples of the issue:

1. On a new atsign, someone added contacts into @mosphere pro. The contacts appeared in @buzz but they did not appear in @mosphere or @rrive
2. Has contacts in @mosphere but had to add them all individually into @mosphere pro using the same atsign

Expected behavior The contacts should be sync'd across the apps
