Exception while sending stream acknowledgement

Describe the bug when sending stream acknowledgement , I am getting exception for some atsigns. In this case I was sending file from @ adorabledinosaur to @ minorgettingplayed7.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. send file request with atmosphere basic
2. while accepting , we get exception in encryption service.

Expected behavior file should be downloaded on receiver's side.

@murali-shris I tried sending file between 3 atsigns and none of them were able to download file. I saw similar error msg in terminal , which is shown in screenshot on receiver's end.
