HP display does not update while asleep
If you fall asleep and a monster hits you, the HP: display does not update until you wake up.
In display.c, comment for bot_hpx says /* special routine to update hp and level fields on bottom lines called in monster.c hitplayer() and spattack() */ but I don't see it in either one.
I'll fix that
