Created the lab repo fish550-2025

• I cleared out all the old team write-ups and folders
• I fixed how the repo is build into a online version https://atsa-es.github.io/fish550-2025/

After looking over the 2023 version, I think sticking with one team report will make our lives easier, but we can ask each student to add one piece that is their own. Thoughts?

I plan to revamp my labs a bit to have them ask different questions so it is not a repeat of 2023.

@eeholmes yeah, I agree about the one team report being easier -- each student can add a section at the end.

One change I was thinking of making might be the ordering of the HMM and DLM labs. Can we switch these? The DLM lecture comes first, and I was proposing we move the HMM material a week later than it was in 2023
