PGXN installation problem

Hello! I have the following issue:

~ sudo USE_PGXS=1 pgxn install JDBC_FDW

but this works:

git clone https://github.com/atris/JDBC_FDW
cd ./JDBC_FDW
sudo make USE_PGXS=1
sudo make USE_PGXS=1 install

PostgreSQL version 10beta1. Is PGXN version 1.0.0 valid?
