Tenchi wo Kurau II cps changer ura mode?

Hello, As we all know the wofch can get into the configeration, and change to ura mode. But I don't know how to open that menu. Please help. I add dip switch in the mra. Add DSWC switch 8 on/off to get into the free play mode. But nothing happened at all with some combined buttons.
