Welcomeセクションの中で、localでtourを実行する方法を示している箇所が、本体の最新化と海里しているように見えたので修正しました。

現状 gotour を実行すると

golang.org/x/tour/gotour has moved to golang.org/x/tour

というメッセージが表示されるのみで、ローカルでのtourは立ち上がりませんでした。
