Consolidate AtomVM examples into one location.

Currently there are examples available in AtomVM/examples and in the atomvm_examples repository. The examples from AtomVM/examples should be updated to build with rebar3 and mix and be consolidated with the atomvm_examples.

To streamline the project and make it more consistent the AtomVM/examples should be a submodule that pulls in the atomvm_examples repo.
