Improve term.h documentation

term.h is one of the most important header files, it must be properly documented in every single aspect.

Does the new AtomVM memory document satisfy this?

This seems to be more than resolved now. The functions in term.h are all documented and included in the on line documentation, along with the extensive "Memory Management" chapter of the documentation.
