Find and replace all occurrences of atomvm.net.

These changes are made under both the "Apache 2.0" and the "GNU Lesser General Public License 2.1 or later" license terms (dual license).

We should make sure to get both sites up, and keep them in sync (served from same place).

Then search engines will pick up the change in <link rel="canonical" href="https://atomvm.net/doc/atomvm-tooling.html"> etc.

just checked that link canonical are already present on both the website and the docs site.
