wow how should we do this? do you want to maintain a README__CIS.md file? are you using a translation tool? I'd say we aren't quite ready for translations of all of these documents just yet... like decentralists is unorganized and will be refactored, even README. but the newly added STAKING_VS_MONEY.md does need translation.

Hi man! I think yes - readme_cis is a good idea we will link directly to the main github. CIS community of cosmos ecosystems - really big. This is a fully conscious translation made by our team members Google translation can't handle it correctly)
about DECENTRALISTS - I understand, we will wait for the final release of the original text about STAKING_VS_MONEY.md - gotcha, I’m giving it to the team
As for the filename format, I suggest something like filename.localecode.md.
For example, STAKING_VS_MONEY.md becomes STAKING_VS_MONEY.fr.md for the French translation. The good thing is that it doesn't affect the filename because it looks like an additional extension. Also, some markdown tools expect this kind of format for i18n support.
