A few bot tweeting feature requests

• Control Bot tweeting on & off in browser/ Not a huge deal to edit the config & restart the bot, but if at all possible it would be nice with just a command in browser.
• Set tweet frequency either in the config or in browser commands. Maybe integer in number of minutes, or In every X amount of songs?

Sometimes the bot tweets can get a little spammy and it'd be handy to be able to control both on/off & frequency of the tweets somehow so it's not as bad seeing a giant wall of tweets every 6 minutes :c)
