Allow users to set their twitter username for the bot to mention when tweeting

Would be cool for each user to be able to set their twitter username with the bot so it could @mention them when tweeting song plays.

It should probably have a verification step by generating a random string then asking the user to tweet that string, and then for it to check the twitter's stream for the tweet.
