One-click self-host VPS deploy options for AtomicServer

It would be nice if new users could set up their own VPS instance in one or two minutes - even if they've never done such a thing.

Vultr Marketplace

• Cheap hosting (from 2.50 a month for IPV6 server with 500mb ram)
• Not a great setup UX, requires manually opening ports and linking to DNS.
• Maybe port opening is automatable in script?
