Improve UI new resource selector - make template more subtle

The template visual is too prominent (especially on mid-size windows), and it's still not clear what it actually does.

Thoughts

• Templates are a separate category from other resources, so it's probably good that they have their own heading.
• Maybe the two-column layout makes sense too
• The image looks really good, but it's still not quite clear on what the template actually does.
• Templates as a category might require some level of explanation. Maybe a link to the docs at least.

Solutions

Make templates visually similar to ontology classes

This would mean: another section that looks like the two in the image above

• Looks consistent and calm
• Templates are not an ontology, so the consistency can be misleading

Open to suggestions!
