Dialog Z-Index and initial click

These might be two separate issues, but they could be related. A refactor might tackle both at once.

Dialogue needs additional click to get focus

• Open class editor view
• Add property
• Dialog opens
• Click any input
• Nothing happens
• Click again
• We're good

Not sure what this was, but it can be confusing

Dialog overlay renders on top of errors
