Even with a Steam emulator, I can't run the game. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong when unpacking the .exe — I even deleted the krkrsteam.dll from kirikiri engine.

That is an error from the program itself, not Steamless so you would need to determine what is causing it to error like that. Based on the popup though, I would suggest renaming the unpacked exe to the original file name as the first thing to try.
