.ts files are not auto detected

Description
.ts
files are not detected automatically because the .ts
file types are not defined in the packages. Thus code is not highlighted until I configure the file as a TypeScript file.

Versions
Atom 1.43.0 language-typescript 0.6.0

Just wanted to add that

atom --safe
does auto detects TS language - Toggeling
Use Tree Sitter Parsers
has no effect - Downgrading to Atom
1.42.0
fixes Autodetect - Broken for:
1.43
,1.44
,1.45
Probably needs #44
