embedded try: except: moves indent one tab left

Description
When making an indented try: except: statement auto-indent moves the except line one tab left.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a loop.
- create a try/except with one statement on the same line as the try like:
try: foo=bar - Hit new line and create an
except:when you press the:button, the line will move one tab to the left.
Expected behavior: line will not change tab indent
Actual behavior: line moves one tab indent to the left
Reproduces how often: always
Versions
mac and ubuntu 1.21 and 1.24
You can get this information from copy and pasting the output of atom --version and apm --version from the command line. Also, please include the OS and what version of the OS you're running.
