Update every dependency

Similar to #160 but update every dependency, and to the latest versions.

This is a draft because it's not tested yet

I suspect the tests need to be updated too, they're still on travis-ci

• no action buttons like "import ... from ..." are present on error popups from linter / ts-server
• were present before upgrading dependencies
