Wrong keybinding for paragraph re-flow

When reading the Editing and Deleting Text section of the Flight Manual I noticed that the keyboard shortcut for paragraph re-flow mentioned in the section (Alt+Ctrl+Q) does not agree with the default shortcut in Atom Ctrl+Shift+Q (I am on Linux, Atom version 1.48.0). Correcting this would benefit new users by not inducing confusion when the keyboard shortcut does not work when tried.
