Non standard home directory for the SFTP users

The changes in this pull request add the capability of defining the home directory for the SFTP users if different one is desired than the standard /home/user.

It adds an extra colon separated parameter to the user definition, so that if it is not provided, everything is compatible with the non-changed version. If it is provided it overrides the /home/user location and provides the appropriate command line parameters to the adduser command.

Thanks @atzimler for your work, it works, and it's what i need, but this project is not maintained, so will never be merged..

If you found it useful, already worth it publishing. I've actually used it where I needed and it is in my repository, so if the original developer is not merging it, that's also ok with me.
