Subscribe button shouldn't remain focused after click in Chrome

Repro

1. Open Atlos in Chrome (this isn't a problem in Safari).
2. Open an incident.
3. Click Subscribe or Subscribed.

Expected The button should change state and then revert to the unfocused view.

Current The button changes state and then retains its focused styling with a blue border around the button.
