Show users' roles as flair within projects

Current We use flair to indicate whether or not users are Admins, and in the case of GAP, to indicate their affiliations with Bellingcat.

Proposed For now, I suggest that we show users' roles on incident pages. For example, an update might read "noah editor updated Geolocation..."

Once we work out enterprise billing and potentially add the concept of organizations, perhaps we could display this information as flair too.
