Cannot Connect to GitHub From Jira

Hi, I'm trying to connect Jira to GitHub but unfortunately it doesn't seem to work for me.

I click Connect GitHub Organization I click Install GitHub for Jira on a new Organization I pick the organization (MoozaInsphire) I select repository I want Then I get stuck on the attached screen and when I click "connect" nothing happens and I'm not able to proceed further. Hey @stepanruzickamooza. Are you still having an issue with this? If so, please send your Jira instance site name through and I can take a look at our logs.

The issue remains the same. Can you please have a look at that?

Where do I find the site name? The account name is "mooza".

@iasik-x unfortunately I didn't and I also didn't get any response from GitHub but I can see the issue was marked as bug so probably someone might be on it?

Hey folks, apologies, for the slowness, somehow this slipped away from us. Could you please try again? If it still not working, could you please include your jira hostname so we could check logs on our end? Also, you could check your Network tab (Developer console) in case a particular request is failing and if there's any related error message.

Hello, My team has been facing this same issue for a couple weeks now. Just tried it again and we are still getting the same results.

Request URL: https://github.atlassian.com/github/configuration?installation_id=34040780&configuration_action=install this url is showing a 401 in the network tab
