Support for Draft 2020-12

JSON Schema has released Draft-08. This issue is a holding issue for support for Draft-08. This may end up being a lot of work and may need to be split into multiple issues.

I have it on good authority from https://github.com/Relequestual that "OpenAPI 3.1 will be using draft 2020-12, so that version is about to become very popular". This gives us a lot of incentive to make this tool work for that version too.

I would love to see this as well, since 07 is pretty long in the tooth. But given the years that have gone by, it seems unlikely.
