[Jira] [Insight] Rest api wrapper implementation

Hi!

Now more and more requests need to use the Insight objects, it means someone need to have that wrapper to easier works with cmdb. https://documentation.mindville.com/display/INSSERV/Insight+-+for+developers

@gonchik FYI there's a fork and branch for insight objects which is about 70% API complete plus some convenience functions here: https://github.com/jp-harvey/atlassian-python-api/tree/insight. I'll not have much of a chance to work on it any more for some weeks unfortunately. Suggestions for changes welcome though.

I'm working off this API btw: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/insight/rest/api-group-icon/, which may be exclusively for cloud.

Any update on this, it looks like the one PR has just been closed. With Assets a big part now we'd really like to not maintain our own wrapper
