Add repository linking to Bamboo API

Is there a way to link a repository in Bamboo using the existing API? I'm looking to create a tool in python to link repos under a plan and also linking a repo under the Bamboo admin Linked repositories page that makes those linked repos available to all plans.

Hi @stevehizmi , at the moment I am not using Bamboo, but I will be happy if someone will make pull request :)
