Adding branch restrictions at project level?

Hello! Just started using the library and love it already. My org prefers to add branch permissions at the project level, is there a way to do this? I cannot seem to find a similar method at the project level as I can at the repo level. Thank you!

Hello, At the moment I will not have a plan, as I migrated to the Gitlab. If you have a time, I will be happy if you send Pull Request I will merge it
