Python 3.8 conda target request

I noticed there's no Python 3.8 conda target and was wondering when that might be supported. I wasn't sure if camelot-py was blocked on some other dependency but I'd love to use it in Python 3.8 if not.

I tried doing this today, but my conda-forge info has become outdated. Will go through the docs again tomorrow and ask for help on the gitter channel. You can track the status at https://github.com/conda-forge/camelot-py-feedstock/issues/18. If you have experience doing this with another package, then please point me in the right direction!

@owenlamont I'm able to install the package in a Python 3.8 env now. Please raise an issue if you face any problems.
