Some icons were removed from 2.0.3 :-(

Hey! Thank you very much for your work in boxicons, they're awesome!! :heart_eyes:

I have noticed that in latest release (2.0.3) some icons were removed, like bx-truck, bx-ambulance, bx-bicycle, bx-dashboard and ~bxs-thermometer~ (it comes back in 2.0.4:tada:) and I was using some of them...

Was it deliberate or it was an error? I would like to get them back! :smile_cat:

it was deliberate, i am trying to come up with a better design for it in the next update

I would love a bicycle icon that fits with the theme. Bonus for cargo bike or electric bike.
