book-remove

Boxicons has:

• bookmark-plus
• bookmark-minus

as well as:

• book-add (a book with a plus)

but it misses a book-remove (a book with a minus), a potentially useful addition to app where you can add and remove books.

I know that might conflict with book which is already a book with a small rectangle. However, book-remove’s minus symbol would be sized and positioned differently in order to match with book-add. Maybe book could be redesigned to have a more different rectangle, or be merged into book-alt?

Naming-wise, I’m also wondering when is “add”/“remove” used and when is “plus”/“minus”? Some consistency could be nice there :)
