This PR has been hanging for a long time, and I really need this endpoint), has the project been abandoned?

I have plans to update gem with all recent stuff Telegram released, probably in the next 2-3 weeks

I see such changes:

Added the parameter business_connection_id to the method sendPaidMedia, allowing bots to send paid media on behalf of a business account.
Added the method sendPaidMedia and the classes InputPaidMedia, InputPaidMediaPhoto and InputPaidMediaVideo, to support sending paid media.

Would you add these classes and params?
