How can I use twocaptcha-api to solve Rotatecaptcha/Funcaptcha?

Currently, you can't. Since I don't need those myself, I most probably won't add them in the future either. However, it should be relatively easy, so in case you'd decide to implement it yourself, I'd be happy to merge it.
