[Linux / Wayland] Window top chrome does not respond to touch input for moving window

Problem Athens has a small area in the top bar to facilitate moving the window. This works via mouse input but does not work via direct manipulation (touch) input. On Ubuntu 22.04 , Gnome 42 (wayland)
