Project bar not opening 3.2.3

I just got the update and I opened an HTML & CSS file but the project bar does not open. It show as checked in menubar. Trying to do Vertical split is messed up as well. I am getting no response now.

What version of OS X?

10.10.5 - Yosemite

It was great yesterday. I haven't tried it since. I updated this morning. At my office I was using 3.2.2 on El Capitan

3.2.4 seems to work better here on Yosemite. I will have more time to test this weekend. Thanks
