Include notes as well as highlights and highlights sort order

I throughly appreciate how fluid this plug-in is: highlights appear in Obsidian almost instantly. Thanks. I have two questions which are most likely feature requests:

• Would it be possible to also import user notes associated with highlights?
• What is the short order of the highlights? I cannot find the pattern (highlights do not appear to be imported into the Obsidian files in the order they appear in the books). Would it be possible to import in the order they appear in the book?
