tz_list() returns "unrecognized output timezone" error

lutz::tz_list() returns the following error:

Error in C_force_tz(as.POSIXct(time, tz = tz(time)), tz = tzone, roll) : 
  CCTZ: Unrecognized output timezone: "US/Pacific-New"

Can you please post your system details (the result of running sessionInfo()) as well as the output of OlsonNames()?
