Utilizes either hrm-cpu or hrmsandbox to run a program against a level.

psst My runtime HRM-CCPU does currently support strong emulation of the game's requirements (checking Overflow, Underflow, Memory Out-Of-Bounds, Type Mixing, etc.). It's still under development, and messages explaining what exactly failed is currently being implemented, but it might be one of the better options for testing.
