I have a Dell R320 with 2 broken system fans - these are not showing up at all in the integration. Output from command line:

ipmitool -I lanplus -H <ip> -U root -P <pwd> sdr list full

Fan1B | 7080 RPM | ok
Fan2A | 7320 RPM | ok
Fan2B | 7080 RPM | ok
Fan3A | 7320 RPM | ok
Fan3B | 0 RPM | cr
Fan4A | 7320 RPM | ok
Fan4B | 0 RPM | cr
Fan5A | 7320 RPM | ok
Fan5B | 7080 RPM | ok
Inlet Temp | 32 degrees C | ok
Current 1 | 0.40 Amps | ok
Current 2 | 0 Amps | ok
Voltage 1 | 240 Volts | ok
Voltage 2 | 240 Volts | ok
Pwr Consumption | 84 Watts | ok
Temp | 46 degrees C | ok

I wanted to use HA to monitor the FAN and report if any has failed.
