my uassetgui isnt opening

Describe the bug I keep double clicking the .exe file but it does not open.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Double click on the .exe file to try to open it

Expected behavior The app would open

Additional context only the cursor with loading circle appears for a few seconds

i even tried to add it to windows defender exceptions but it didnt work

Im currently using the v1.0.0.0-alpha.2 Pre-release because this version works for me for sum reason.
