Remove plugs

Following the #63, this pull request remove all plugs in favor of a new lib.

Coverage decreased (-0.08%) to 99.422% when pulling ccd6bf8e443c6f163ca47f792bbea57dc4a10214 on remove-plugs into bdf19bb95264dbdc6342091fa3ace76a59f3fdcb on master.

Also, once we merge #60, we must remove that one from here and move it there.

Just remember to remove the references to plugs on README. Maybe mentioning that that now they're on triplex_plugs lib.
