Extract plugs to another lib

Create a new lib triplex_plug and extract all plugs to this lib. This way we will make triplex leaner.

@mgiacomini can you ask @ljohann or @petersonfs to send your repo to ateliware's account? I guess that way it feels more "official". And also, please open a PR removing all the plugs from this repo.
