Add installation instructions for Linux/MacOS/Windows.

  • CN users can download from NJU Mirror.
  • Windows: use scoop install smiley-sans to install the latest stable version, or scoop install smiley-sans-dev to install the dev version.
  • Dev version(Build from Github Actions): Artifact smiley-sans(nightly.link)
