xray doesnt work

when i turn on xray, it just makes fullbright and thats all

i was excepting to see all the ores

xray didnt work at all

I'm using this on version 1.19.4 and i've noted that it works in 1.19.3, however it doesn't work properly on 1.19.4, i can see through walls but only uncovered block faces are visible, Xray Ultimate is able to reveal concealed blocks.
