Please make forge branch for Minecraft 1.18.1 ?

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Yes, but this is in development phase. in the Forge for Minecraft 1.18.2, the usage of the Biome.class is differ from 1.18.1. If we use 1.18.2 usage on Minecraft 1.18.1, Minecraft will crash, and vice versa clear. so, we need to split 1.18.1's codes and 1.18.2's.

Describe the solution you'd like please make 1.18.1 branch to merge my commit.
