Incompatibility with Magnesium/Oculus (forge Sodium ports) / Rhubidium (forge Iris port)

Issue When trying to activate any x-ray filter, the screen flashes as if reloading chunks but never seems to make any blocks transparent. See attached video as a reference

To Reproduce Download Magnesium, this mod, and install it as normal Join any world (In my case, I am on a server) Try to use any x-ray filter

Expected behavior The x-ray filter is applied, and one can see ores as normal

Additional context This may also be caused by Rhubidium shaders, which is the forge port of Iris. I am also playing on a forge pack and have not done extensive mod disabling.
