Add binomial coefficients to Modint

in AtCoder, precomputed binomial coefficients are frequently used.

e.g. https://atcoder.jp/contests/arc116/tasks/arc116_c https://atcoder.jp/contests/arc116/tasks/arc116_d

How about adding precomputed binomial coefficients to ACL?
